Dell launched a return-to-office mandate in February that gives distant staff detrimental implications for working from dwelling, according to a new report by Business Insider.

The return-to-work coverage cracks down on distant do the job by producing it difficult for remote personnel to get a marketing or alter roles, according to BI. Other Dell staff instructed BI that they imagine the new coverage is a way to quietly fireplace workers. Dell laid off 5% of its workforce, all over 6,650 staff, in February 2023.
